MONTE BRÈ SUMMIT > BRÈ > CUREGGIA > BRÈ > “ALDESAGO” PANORAMIC POINT > MONTE BRÈ SUMMIT

From the Monte Brè funicular summit station, head towards Brè village. The first stop on this itinerary is the centre of Brè with its characteristic artistic decorations. At this stop, a visit to the Wilhelm Schmid Museum is also recommended. Continue to Cureggia along a mountain hiking trail immersed in the woods. Once you reach the village, you can stop for a relaxing break and to refuel.

The route continues on the low path back to Brè, surrounded by luxuriant vegetation. Finally, from the Brè village car park, take the road on the east side of Monte Brè to the panoramic lay-by above Aldesago. Follow the path back to the summit of Monte Brè or finish your excursion by retracing your steps for about 350 meters, until you reach the intermediate funicular stop called Brè Villaggio.
